Flystore ("Flystore", "we", "us") is a classifieds marketplace where people buy and sell vehicles and other items locally. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, flystore.co.in, and our mobile apps, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have.
Flystore does not process payments. Buyers and sellers agree on a price and settle the deal between themselves, so we never collect card, bank or UPI details.
1. Information you give us
- Account details. Your mobile number, which we verify with a one-time code sent by SMS. If you sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone, we receive the name, email address and profile photo from that account.
- Profile details. Your name, profile photo, email address, contact and WhatsApp numbers, and whether you are mainly a buyer, a seller or both.
- Your location. The place you choose (state, district and area), and its map coordinates, so we can show you ads near you first.
- Ads you post. The title, description, price, details, photos and short videos of anything you list, along with the place it is listed in.
- Messages and activity. Chats with other users, including any photos or offers you send, plus the comments you write, the ads you save or like, the sellers you follow, and the users you block or report.
2. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information. Basic technical information such as your browser or device type, app version, and the pages and ads you view, used to keep the service working and secure.
- Notification tokens. If you allow notifications in the app, a token that lets us send messages to your phone, along with the language you want them in.
- Cookies and local storage. The website stores your chosen language in a cookie, your light or dark theme setting in your browser, and the information that keeps you signed in. Advertising cookies are explained in section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to make sure one person has one account.
- To publish your ads and show you ads, nearest first.
- To let buyers and sellers contact each other and to deliver chat messages and notifications.
- To keep the platform safe: we review reported ads, comments and chats, and remove content or block accounts that break our rules.
- To provide optional AI tools that write an ad description or change the background of a photo when you ask for them.
- To show advertising (see section 5) and to improve and fix the service.
4. What other people can see
- Anyone, including people who are not signed in, can see the ads you publish, along with your name and profile photo on those ads.
- Signed-in users can see your public profile: your name, photo, place, short bio, follower count and the month you joined. While you have at least one live ad, they can also see the phone and WhatsApp numbers you have added, so buyers can call you.
- The person you chat with can see your messages, your name and photo, and your phone number if you have added one. Each conversation keeps a copy of these details so it still makes sense after the ad is sold or removed.
- Our staff do not browse private chats. A moderator can open a conversation only after one of its participants reports it, and only while that report is being reviewed.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
Our website shows ads served by Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Google may also use cookies and similar technologies to measure how ads perform and to limit how often you see the same ad.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Our mobile apps may also show ads from Google AdMob and other advertising networks, which may use your device's advertising identifier. You can reset that identifier or limit ad personalisation in your phone's settings.
6. Service providers we share information with
